Welcome to my site on leadership, strategy and motivation. While much of my career has centered on Information Technology, my research interests and workshops have focused on important areas of human development. Many managers have a very narrow view of success which are limited to very discrete metrics. While metrics are important they only tell part of the story, in the same way that an iceberg seen above the water masks the hidden dangers of the same ice berg below water.

It is this concept among others which have led me to publish articles and books as well as blog and tweet about organizational behavior concepts. It is through these communications that I hope to share my research and the knowledge that I have been privileged to acquire with as many people as I can.
